The British Embassy is introducing a new trial service outsourcing telephone and email enquiries to our commercial partner Worldbridge (10/08/2009)

Please note that neither the British Embassy nor Worldbridge are able to answer questions on progress of a visa application or discuss an entry clearance decision.

We are outsourcing telephone or e-mail visa related enquiries, to our  commercial partner "Worldbridge" from Monday 10 August 2009. Worlbridge is a British Government commercial partner offering efficient and reliable service globally to citizens in 55 countries, and in 7 languages. All the information provided is supplied and approved by the UK Border Agency (UKBA) and delivered through trained agents.

Customers requiring further assistance can contact Worldbridge in one of two ways: by e-mail through their website www.visainfoservices.com, or through their pay phone service on at +442-0-70-997-270. There is a $ 14 charge for the pay phone service, which can be made (using a secure automated system) with a visa or a master card. The e-mail service is free.

More information about this new service can be found on the Worldbridge website. Please note that this new service is an enquiry facility only, and it does not affect the way visas are issues or decisions are made. The British Embassy continues to offer a fast and efficient online visa application service to citizens from Macedonia and Kosovo through the Embassy web site and the web site of Worldbridge.

We would really appreciate our customers' feedback on the new trial service and encourage applicants to give their opinion by completing our customer survey, or by completing the questionnaire handed over at the Embassy.
