Effective Implementation of the Law on Donations and Sponsorships in Public Activities
The effective use of the Law on donations and sponsorships in the public activities provides the framework for the sustainability of NGOs that respond to the needs and interests of the citizens. With this, the NGOs become efficient and permanent partners of the Government in creating and delivering public services and policies. The Project targeted all key stakeholders: the business community and their interest to sponsor the activities of the civil sector; the public administration by identifying solutions to the bottlenecks in effective processing of donation requests; and the public by providing information on the possibilities of the Law.

Implementation of new standards and technologies in archaeology in the Republic of Macedonia
Building the civil sector in this specific area, but also raising public awareness on the Valetta Convention for management of cultural heritage. UK's Landscape Research Centre provided archaeological expertise and under-ground scanning equipment to an NGO and the Museum of the City of Skopje, also involving the Faculty for Archaeology, the Conservation Centre and the Centre for Management of Cultural Heritage. Using facilitated, non-invasive investigations, mapping and registering of the potential content of the broader area of the Skupi, the project piloted a model that can be replicated in all archaeological sites in the country.
