Ohrid Framework Agreement
The Ohrid Framework Agreement and the application of the Baditer majority rule provide the basis for addressing inter-ethic issues. It also touches upon implementation of the decentralisation provisions that ultimately lead to the standard of everyday life of each Macedonian citizen. Supporting decentralisation of community services, while providing equal access and quality for all is an essential mark of a well functioning democracy.
